The development was announced by Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, who shared footage of Esposito praying at a mosque alongside members of the film's production crew. According to reports, the actor embraced Islam after spending an extended period in the Kingdom, where he developed a profound appreciation for the warmth, hospitality, and faith of his Muslim colleagues during the filming of the $40 million international production 7 Dogs.
