Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has said a date for his planned visit to Pakistan will be decided later. Responding to journalists after meeting Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif in New York on Thursday, he reportedly said, “We will fix a date” and “We will decide on the timing.”

The meeting, held on the sidelines of the 81st UN General Assembly, was the first formal meeting between the two leaders since Tarique Rahman became prime minister.
