Hypo AI launches Bangladesh`s first real-time AI interviews

HR technology firm Hypo AI has officially launched what it describes as Bangladesh's first artificial intelligence-powered real-time interview platform, opening the service to employers and job seekers across the country.

In a press release issued on Sunday, the company said the platform is designed to facilitate real-time, AI-led interviews and make the recruitment process more accessible. Job seekers can take part in AI-conducted interviews as they happen, demonstrating their skills, competencies and suitability for prospective roles. Meanwhile, employers can draw on data-driven assessments to evaluate candidates and streamline selection, according to the company.

Hypo AI co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Ziaul Parvez Chowdhury said the initiative aims to make recruitment more equitable and to curb discrimination in hiring. To widen access further, the firm has also released a mobile application through which candidates can undertake AI-assisted interviews. Consequently, applicants can complete the process remotely, while employers receive structured information to underpin their recruitment decisions. The company said the service is now available nationwide.
